7. Cancellation

Users can cancel pickups before the scheduled time. ScrapMate reserves the right to cancel any booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScrapMate is not responsible for indirect damages or loss of items mistakenly included in scrap.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Thiruvananthapuram.
